The goat Cheese is delightfully plated with a layer of cubed red beets providing the base, then a layer of creamy goat Cheese and curly Lettuce, all topped by a layer of cubed Yellow beets. The dungeon is surrounded by a drizzle of pesto infused oil. The flavors unite with wonderful earthiness, a well turned out zip and a pat of basil. Jennifer found this dish to be extraordinary. ’s Onion Soup comes in a pygmy pitch iron gut terminated with lid. The spectacle is once again First-class.

The soup is topped by Three cheeses browned under the salamander. The pan is chock smack of onions, but the legitimate test is the broth, which is wonderfully Light with a tinge of thyme. Jennifer opted for the Halibut with Ginger Lemongrass Broth.
